Junior White to Green tag 9am till 11am

Junior Green Belt to red Belt 11am till 1pm

Senior white to Green tag 3pm till 4.30pm

Senior Green Belt to red belt 4.30pm till 6pm

Black tags and black belts 6pm till 8.30 approx

Please make sure your licence is up to date, if it is not up to date you won't be able to grade.

Please make sure you wear full dobok and belt unless you are a white belt.

Green belts and above, please be sure to bring full sparring kit with you and boys you must have a box. Also be sure you can tie your own belt as this is now part of your syllabus.

If you are still unsure about any part of the grading or whats expected of you, please see your instructor, phone or e-mail them. Please do not leave things until the last minute.

Black Belts - All black belts taking either a full grade or a module must now fill in paperwork, this can only be obtained by attending a black belt class on Wednesdays. Modules do not require a fixed number of attendances at black belt training.

Black tags going for black belt - again you must obtain your paperwork from a black belt training session plus have attended 10 black belt lessons on Wednesday.
