Clarification of Step Sparring

One Step Sparring -

No. 5.  Left leg forward into sitting stance with left palm pushing block to attackers elbow followed by double combination punch to ribs or jaw line.

No. 10.  Right leg back to L-stance with left palm pushing block to attackers wrist. Move left foot out to correct range to execute a right turning kick to solar plexus. Right leg forward into L-stance behind attackers front foot and execute a right knife hand strike to neck or ribs depending on height of attacker.

Two Step Sparring -

No. 2.  Attack remains the same but move right leg forward into left foot L-stance while using right arm waist block above attackers knee to inner thigh. Thus stopping the kick dead and immediately countering with right elbow strike to solar plexus before the attacking foot can be placed down.

The reason for the change to the two step sparring technique is that it isn't deemed safe or effective to block a full power turning kick with your forearm.
